Returns
Due to the nature of our order process, all sales are considered final once a deposit has been paid. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Deposits
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order and hold your package for processing. This deposit secures your item(s) but does not constitute full payment. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon delivery before the package is released to you. Orders with an outstanding balance at the time of delivery will not be handed over until payment is completed.
