General
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our store.

Orders & Payment
All orders require a $25 deposit at checkout to be confirmed. The remaining balance is due in full upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or errors in pricing/product information.

Referral Program
Customers who refer a new client that completes a purchase will receive a $25 credit toward their next order. Only one $25 credit may be applied per order — credits cannot be combined or applied in full to a single purchase. If a customer applies their entire remaining referral balance to a final purchase, they will not be eligible to place additional orders for six (6) months from that purchase date. After this period, the customer may resume ordering and will re-enter the referral program from the beginning.

We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, and availability of products at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas USA.
