Cancellation policy

Deposit-Based Orders
When you place an order on our store, you are required to pay a 25% deposit at checkout to reserve your item(s). This deposit confirms your order and holds your package for processing and delivery.

Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us directly. However, all deposits are non-refundable once paid, regardless of whether the order is later cancelled by the customer.

Non-Payment at Delivery
If the remaining balance is not paid at the time of delivery, the order will be considered cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. The item will not be released or left with the customer under any circumstances without full payment.

No Modifications After Deposit
Once a deposit has been paid, order details (size, color, quantity, etc.) cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
